Cafe Val

Cafe Val offers hot lunches to Vallecito students throughout the year through our services vendor Choicelunch. They have assured us that the meals are based on organic foods.

There are multiple daily choices, and a vegetarian meal will always be offered. All lunches must be pre ordered and prepaid at www.ChoiceLunch.com, and orders can be canceled up to 9 a.m. the day the meal is to be delivered.

With Vallecito's lunch system, children in grades 1-3 eat first, while the fourth and fifth graders play in the yard. Halfway through the lunch period, the older children are called to Cafe Val and served their lunches. The first, second and third graders have their playtime at that time. Kindergarteners eat lunch and play in their own yard.
